DDA in Housing Scheme in Delhi

Delhi Development Authority had launched near 1000 flats during the second quarter for the year 2009, which had drawn attentions of many housing investors looking for LIG, MIG, HIG houses in north and east Delhi. Due to lots of applications received from the applicants reaching nearly to Lacs the government had planned to announce lucky draws and clean chit allotment so that there is no biasness because of applicants.

The convenience mode of allotment was declared by DDA making the application forms available through banks nationalized with nominal fees of Rs. 150/- and if you were lucky enough to have your name listed then the loan can also be financed by private as well as nationalized banks.
The housing scheme was divided into 3 sections of allotment i.e. regular; SC and ST segment no dealer network and backed by privileged. The three member committee reports were submitted on equal systems for the declarations and plans for construction support and other clarifications on the schemes and development plans. The ministry interface sources have upper hands on the allotment phase and dominated by the government intervention.

The scrutiny of forms and applications were at the top official level and all the flats were booked without single left on the first call with the limit of application timeline within 40 days, how aggressive people are for Delhi property by DDA can be highlighted from here.

The undiscovered land and houses are full now with lots of to come by this year-end for Delhi property
by DDA under different and sophisticated panel schemes.
